Terms of Service for PyPrep

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PyPrep mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Naresh Rao ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

PyPrep is an educational application designed to help users practice Python programming. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the App.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any premium features without a valid purchase.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

PyPrep offers a premium subscription ("Pro") that provides access to an ad-free experience, premium learning modules, and unlimited IDE usage. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Billing: All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not handle your payment information directly.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Google Play Store account settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, educational material, and software code—are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

4. Advertisements

The free version of PyPrep is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version of the App, you agree to the display of such ads. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or products featured in third-party advertisements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the educational content provided. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
